We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm (UTC+8) will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive an email notification with courier tracking number when your order is dispatched. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

Returns

ANTEPRIMA has a 14 days return policy: make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order, and then send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your RMA number.

Do not put excessively heavy objects into the bag as it may damage the handle and distort the shape.

Clean it with damp cloth, then leave to dry indoor.

Do not dry directly under sunlight or expose the bag to extreme temperatures or flames.

Please keep it in the protective bag provided when not in use.
